California Arts Association (CalAA) was founded in April 2002 by San Francisco Bay Area professionals with a clear mission:

to produce challenging yet entertaining plays, music, dance and television programs
to provide a forum and platform for performing arts presentations and appreciation for our vast talent pool in the Bay Area
to invite renowned writers, directors and actors to share their creations with us
to appreciate exceptional performing arts presentations by others live on stage and on screen
to invest the profits from the programs back into archival of top quality presentations worldwide
