to 9:30 p.m. on KMVT Channel 15 in Mountain View, Los Altos and Cupertino. This program can also be seen every Tuesday at
at 8:30 p.m. on Cable Ch 29 in Fremont and Cable Ch 27 in Newark. In Mood India, we cover programs on Indian Classical
Musical Instruments, Classical Vocal, Dance, Drama and Fine Arts.
We have so far featured Sataar, Santoor, Tablaa, Sarod, Violin, Mrudangam, Classical Vocal and Fusion Music and introduced
some renowned as well as budding local artists on our TV show. We have started filming a new series on Indian Classical and
Folk Dances and have recorded 2 shows on Folk Dance and Kuchipudi which will be aired soon.
Due to lack of funding from traditional sources and budget constraints, KMVT TV Station has adopted a new pricing policy for the
use of their Studio. Also, the ability to use volunteer hours to pay for the studio usage fee is discontinued. In order to keep this
activity going for CalAA-TV, we need to approach our CalAA Premees for assistance.
We would like to introduce a "Sponsor a Month" program for CalAA-TV. Our monthly cost to produce a show is $100. You can
sponsor one or more months. May be the month when you have your birthday or month/s where you have your spouse's or
children's birthdays or anniversary. You can also do sponsorship in the name of your business. We will show your name in the
credits as "Sponsored by : Your Name Here" when we air the program. We are planning to make the programs available for
download from our website soon because KMVT TV Station has limited coverage and is not seen in big cities like San Jose or
Fremont. We will also include your name on our website as a Sponsor of the Month. If you choose to stay annonymous with your
sponsorship, that is fine too.
Please let me know if you would like to sponsor a month of CalAA-TV. If you do, please send a check made out to California Arts
Association for $100 and indicate the month that you are sponsoring. If your request is for a month that has already been
